HOME WATCH, AT ITS HEART
A Plan Created
for Your Home
What Is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a visual observation of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
No two homes—or homeowners—are quite alike. We begin with a conversation about your property, your plans and the observations that matter to you.
Together, we create an individually curated checklist and a clearly agreed scope. Scheduled visits and written reporting with photographs give you a record of what was observed while you are away.
