About this website

This website provides general information about Quiet Key Property Watch and a way to contact Scott and Julie Stein. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement.

Scope of Home Watch

Home Watch is a visual observation of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.

Services, visit frequency, checklists and additional arrangements are agreed directly with the client. Home Watch does not guarantee the condition of a home, replace specialist evaluations or include repairs.

Photographs and examples

Working photographs show Scott and Julie engaged in visual observations and documentation. Concern examples shown on this website are illustrative examples, not depictions of a client’s property. The house image in the welcome section is not presented as a client’s home.
