OUR STORY
A chance connection through Scott’s mother brought Scott and Julie together on Marco Island. They married in 1990, beginning a shared life closely tied to family and to Paul Stein Plumbing Inc., where they worked alongside Scott’s father.
In 1994, Scott and Julie purchased the family business and ran it together for the next 30 years. As partners in work and in life, they built a legacy of honest, reliable service and lasting relationships with the people who trusted them.
After selling the business in 2023, they chose a new chapter together. Quiet Key Property Watch carries forward the values they share: partnership, clear communication and genuine care for every client.
